Honestly, the foam padding is what sold me — my feet actually sink into it instead of resting on a hard surface. Being able to tweak both the height and the tilt means I finally found a position that doesn't make my knees ache after a long day at my desk.

I was worried it wouldn't be tall enough for my desk, but the height adjustment lets me dial it in perfectly. The foam padding is firm yet supportive, and my legs feel so much better after a long day of work.

The angle adjustment is so smooth, I can go from typing to reclining without even looking down. My back pain has noticeably improved since I started using it under my desk every day.
