My partner feels so much more stable during transfers now that the belt clips hold the support firmly in place. We use it for toileting daily and the fixed belt gives us both peace of mind. It is a solid upgrade from our previous sling.

Really helps with toileting transfers since the fixed support belt stays securely in place. Only minor thing is that the belt clips can feel a bit stiff at first, but they loosen up after a few uses.
