The crank mechanism is smooth and takes barely any effort, so setting it to my exact working height between 695 and 845mm took seconds. It’s stable enough for my laptop and coffee without any wobble, which is more than I expected for the price.

Finally, a table that actually fits my chair instead of wobbling on my lap. I’m 5’2” and the 695mm low setting works perfectly for my couch, so my tea stays put while I type. Took me ten seconds to crank the height up when my husband wanted a turn, and it’s held steady all week.

The manual height adjustment is so easy to work—I set it to fit my recliner in about ten seconds. It's a bit wobbly if you lean hard on it, but for the price it holds my laptop and coffee just fine.
