My partner feels so much more stable during transfers now that the belt clips hold the support firmly in place. We use it for toileting daily and the fixed belt gives us both peace of mind. It is a solid upgrade from our previous sling.

Really helps with toileting transfers since the fixed support belt stays securely in place. Only minor thing is that the belt clips can feel a bit stiff at first, but they loosen up after a few uses.

The two belt clips keep the support belt securely in place during transfers, which gives me peace of mind. Only minor gripe is the fixed belt isn’t adjustable for different waist sizes, but it works fine for our needs.
