I bought the 6cm ball to target knots in my forearms, and it works great for pinpoint pressure without being too intense. The rubber has just enough give to stay comfortable during a longer session.

The 10cm ball is firm enough to really dig into my glutes after leg day, but still has enough give to use on my neck. It took me a few sessions to figure out the right pressure, but now I grab it almost daily.

I’ve been rolling out the knots in my shoulders after work with the 8cm one, and the firm pressure feels just right without digging in too hard. The 10cm size is great for my lower back, and the three options make it easy to switch up the intensity as needed.
