The ergonomic handle really does spread the pressure evenly—I can walk for twice as long without my hand cramping up. It adjusts easily to the perfect height, too.

I was skeptical about the handle design, but after a long walk my palm didn't ache like it usually does. The pressure really does spread evenly across my hand, making these sticks far more comfortable than my old ones.

Finally, a walking stick that doesn't make my hand ache after ten minutes—the ergonomic handle really does spread the pressure evenly. It's light enough to swing along with me on my daily walks, and the adjustment is simple and secure.
