I was a little skeptical about how well it would work with heavy items, but the gentle squeeze really does the trick — lifted a full cast iron skillet without any strain on my fingers.

After back surgery, my grip strength is almost nothing, but this reacher lets me pick up a full pot of water with just a light squeeze. The leverage is incredible for how little effort it takes.

My mom has arthritis and the gentle squeeze mechanism on this reacher is a game-changer for her—she can finally pick up heavy cans without struggling. The grip really does give you that extra power without needing much hand strength.
